I was born and have lived most of my life at Easington Lane, Hetton-le-Hole. I represent Easington Lane as a Councillor on Hetton Town Council and the larger Hetton Ward area since 2004 as a Sunderland City Councillor. I am married to Jennie and we have two children, two grandchildren and three great grand children. I worked for over thirty years within the clothing and footwear, retail and manufacturing sector. My interests include computing, reading and travelling. (We've been to Hell and back) located on Grand Cayman. My wife and I both enjoy a bit of DIY, me doing the work and Jennie supervising (watching).
