Biography:

I have worked in the Education sector in a variety of roles for 35 years and currently serve as a School Governor.  In addition, I have qualifications and/or experience within a number of areas including accounting, law, social work and computing.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, involved in the British Computer Society, and I am also involved in a teaching union.  My belief in the need for greater opportunities for women and girls has led me to be involved in the Soroptimists.

Being elected to the City Council in the place you grew up and went to school is a wonderful opportunity.  I am determined to repay the trust placed in me.
