Parker Memorial Home – Managing Trustees comprises 12 councillors. The object of the charity is to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of: a. advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; b. advancing education; and c. relieving unemployment. Subject to the rights of the trustees provided for in the Charity's Trust Deed, the land identified in the schedule must be retained by the trustees for use for the object of the charity.
