I was born and bred in Washington and have raised my two daughters right here in the community. With strong family roots across Washington, I know the every day concerns and hopes of local families better than most.
I stood for election because I want Washington to finally get the attention, investment and proper representation it deserves.
In May 2026 I was proud to be elected as one of your Councillors for Washington North with a strong personal vote from residents who want better.
My priorities are clear; greater transparency on council decisions, proper support for hard-working families, and making sure Washington North has a powerful voice on Sunderland Council.
We will be holding monthly Ward Surgeries, please follow our social media page for updates on times and locations.
We'll also be out on frequent ward walks so residents can chat to us face to fface.
I'm here to listen, fight for practical solutions and deliver real improvements for our community.
